    Please realize when a president has achieve one of his stated goals.

    And realize how man times he lies about doing something. Like, MEXICO, PAYING for the wall.
    A wall that will only be an impediment. A wall that is a yyyyyuuuuuuuuggge waste of taxpayer money. When taxpayers weren't suppose to be paying, according to the liar in chief.

    They could have done it with 51, via budget reconciliation. McConnell chose not to.

    America first was and is his goal.

    3rd world nations can take care of themselves, or not, its not our problem and we're not their dumping ground.

    Why do you want Democrats to inundate this country with uneducated unskilled welfare moochers?

    Why would you want that?

    For one, its just stupid to import more people to take care of when we already have so many in need.

    And for two, the more people with their hand in the welfare tough -> the less feed there is to go round -> the worse people live -> the more taxes we non-leeches pay -> the more people borderline poor become poor.

    Why would you want such a thing?

    Presidents don't vote in the Senate and therefore cannot cause a shutdown.

    Go ask your Democrat Senate reps why they wont put America first?.

    Why do they want to take care of 3rd world criminals and not our own people?

    But, go ahead and prove this isn't the 1st time in history a shutdown occurred with all 3 branches controlled by 1 party.

    The contest of Democrats to tell that lie is intensifying. NO, this is not the first time a president when his party controlled both houses of Congress. Not the 2nd time. Not the 3rd time. Not the 4th time...

    Maybe a thread should started to keep a tally on how many times that known lie is posted by any Democrat on the forum.

    THIS IS WHAT IS A FIRST TIME:
    This is the FIRST time either political party shutdown the government on behalf of non-Americans - and the Democratic Party did it.

    This is the first time a major political party declared they no longer represent Americans, but rather represent non-Americans as their singular constituency of concern.

    THIS IS THE FIRST TIME a political party has voted to not pay the military on behalf of non-citizens too - that also the Democratic Party.

    Yea you're referring to Trumps comment about Obama, right?

    In that case it was the fault of that President because Obama was very public about directing Democrats to hold out and shut down.

    Trump didn't direct Republicans to push for a shutdown, he said bring me a bill.

    And I know you're fapping over the "1st time in history" part because the MSM wants you to but it means nothing (and /cough its not even true).

    Not enough to build a wall. It was Schumer and Graham offering NO to have the wall in the bill by not having enough in it to build it.

    You claim everyone pays in full for their house and car in advance too. Unquestionably, you have never eaten at a restaurant that they did not demand you pay for your meal before they will serve it.

    "Bring me something to sign" by a president means "bring me a bill the House and Senate both passed," not what one lying Democrat and one malcontent RINO Republican who attacks Trump daily as a political retaliation try to make a secret deal over - and then to argue over who said what since it all off record.

    Did Congress send Trump a budget they passed? No.

    Did they bring immigration reform they passed? No.

    Did they bring him a DACA bill they passed? No.

    Congress has brought the president NOTHING.

    Blaming this on the President is absurd. The President is not in Congress and Congress has sent him NOTHING to sign.
