There no federal law I know of that would force employment records to be turn over to ICE or any other agent of the federal government without a court order.

But perhaps you know of such federal laws.

 

All citizens are expected to comply with federal law.

Nice try. I don't think children who are in their 20's and 30's are children. The parents had no problem exposing them to danger when they sent them, which was an immoral act, so I don't have any sympathy for them. The so called children are perfectly capable of going back to their homes as a family unit and more than likely at government expense. The moral thing for them to do is go with their parents and help settle them. Hey! they can become like pioneers and rebuild their own countries.

 

Federal authorities raided nearly 100 7-Eleven stores nationwide, including several in Los Angeles. Trump needs to fix the nation's immigration system and this is the golden opportunity. There is something wrong with a country where illegal immigrants can get jobs.

 

Once more they are not here due to any illegal actions on their part and I do not see them having a legal duty to leave without a court order to do so when the US government up to this point are not trying to get them to leave and in fact are swearing them into the military.

 

Agreed, but Trump seems focused on fulfilling a campaign promise of spending Billions of US taxpayer dollars rather than going through the hard work of fixing the problem.
