He had a duty to uphold the law of the land and that's what he tried to do when he rescinded the illegal and unconstitutional stain that is DACA.

Which means only that the SCOTUS hasn't declared it unconstitutional, yet.

Are DACA people poor and uneducated? For the most part they were educated in the good old US of A.

 

The DACA program is constitutional until declared otherwise by the Supreme Court. The unilateral declaration to the contrary by you, Trump, or even by someone with an actual knowledge of what qualifies as constitutional does not render DACA unconstitutional.

Secondly, DACA recipients are not poor or uneducated. But even if your bigoted assumptions were correct, the poor and uneducated still contribute to society. Unless you have a message that you'd like to send to the former coal mining communities of West Virginia and Pennsylvannia?

Because the lawsuit was halted after Trump gave it to Congress to fix where it belongs. It would have failed like DAPA did.

 

Trump arbitrarily created a deadline, his arbitrary decision making is the reason the court ruled his decision to rescind DACA was improper, and his decision is part of the reason that shutdown occurred when the deadline he created from whole cloth coincided with the budget process.

Congress did their job, negotiated a DACA deal in a bipartisan manner, got Trump's approval multiple times, and then Trump sandbagged the negotiations.
