How about we deport the parents of the kids under 18 ? Yes I understand that there may be children who are born in the US to the criminal illegal parents so what do we do throw out those children who are American citizens? Do we throw them out with the legal parents and let them come back when they are 18 if they want to.

 

It would be good if we knew how many of these DACA kids are under 18!!

Because parents are responsible for raising their children and making decisions for their children. Some decisions effect the children in a positive way like where to live, and others do not, like dealing drugs or murdering their spouse. Until a child is old enough they will always be effected by their parents decisions.

You are absolutely correct and when the children apply for welfare it should be granted, but if the parents come forward to collect it they should be arrested and deported. Of course they will have the option of finding someone legally in the US to take care of their children, taking the children back to their home country with them or putting the children in the care of CYFD until they are 18.

 

So why don't we ask the people in a referendum?.

 

Once more our birth rates means that we are below replacement level so without new blood coming into the nation we will be in a world of hurt.

I know that for some strange reason people like you feel that the moment your ancestors got off their boat the gate to this nation should had been closed and the welcome sign should have been taken down but that thinking is insane on so many levels.

Of course there is no reason that a fifty year old american can not do the labor of a twenty year old in our fields and such.
