Trump: Democrats only want to 'use' DACA, not solve it

Democrats cant compete with Trump in the strategic arena.

We all know the they need to use the illegal invader cause for midterms and 2020.

If they took a deal now they would lose the prime opportunity to cry racist, pander to race, flame racial tensions, and just be all around racist themselves, come election season.

Trump knew that, as did we all, and so he out-maneuvered them by offering exactly what they claim to want so that they would reveal what they actually want.

This shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. When you look at the what Democrats stomp hardest for it’s always a handout one way or another....with a wink wink nod. Well give you this so just vote for us, OK.

 

It must be hard on them with this particular topic. You are right, they want to be able to keep talking about this. They also need it. As they fail to convince actual Americans that their policy ideas are not murderously evil and destructive, they need to import new citizens to vote for them. For now, I think they'll hang onto the manufactured outrage of the "**** hole" issue.

Not even close. Who blew up the effort before Schumer's Shutdown? That would be Durbin, who chose to harm the country to meet his self serving ego.

As long as DACA and immigration remain a political issue, the Dems have a talking point. They could have resolved the issue in 2010, but chose not to touch it.

So, if the Dems want to shut down the government again, I absolutely encourage them to do so.

Schumer has demonstrated he has no intention of resolving DACA by his actions. The Dems position on the issue of DACA and illegal immigration was carved in stone by Durbin's pathetic actions.

Without DACA and illegals, what will Dems be running on for the mid-terms? Nothing but Hate Trump?

Even Bernie Sanders concedes immigration drives down wages. He just argues over how much. What does that say about Democrats that they want to do this and they are doing it to the very people they say they want to help.

 

Durbin and Schumer are political animals who don't care about DACA kids. They'll throw the DACA kids right straight under the proverbial bus. They don't care about the wall, chain migration, or lottery migration.

All they care about is preventing Trump from getting a political win.

That's all this is about. Nothing else.

Both a Dem and Repub brought a deal on DACA to Trump. He rejected it and a shutdown temporarily occurred. His party is in power. This is a weak attempt to blame the other party for ones inaction. If anyone has to prove they haven’t been given “Checkmate,” it’s Trump. These sloppy tweets don’t prove anything.

Secondly, how long is the false narrative of the Dems need illegal voters going to continue?

 

The way it works is that Congress passes a bill and presents it to the President. Can you link text of the bill passed and evidence of a Presidential veto?

Trump checkmated the Dems with his latest move. I love how nancy is telling the Latinos she is not going to go along with Trumps plan because she does not want to spend 25 billion on a wall. Congress has failed to act on this issue for decades. They, Congresses 101 to present, own it.

 

Its not false its been proven by years of agenda and, not that we needed it, recently confirmed by leaked documents from the largest Democrat strategy/activist organization in the country.

Yea its a basic concept of capitalism.

High supply of labor = higher competition in the labor market for the worker = lower demand on the employer to attract/keep workers = lower wages.

Low supply of labor = higher competition in the labor market for the employer = higher demand on the employer to attract/keep workers = higher wages.

In the case of the illegal invaders we're allowing tens of millions of low/no-skilled people who will, if they work, enter the part of the labor market that already has the lowest wages.

If you want higher wages for the lowest end of the labor market you simply cannot have illegal immigration, or amnesty, or the inundation of immigration for immigration sake.

Democrat voters don't understand this concept because they were never taught the basics of the business world and they have no interest in learning them now.

 

Seems like someone in Trump's team has realised that there will be no deal on DACA under any circumstances. So he's offering the Democrats more than they could ever want so they look ridiculous when they turn him down.

Not a half bad strategy. The Democrats need Trump to appear hawkish af on immigration so they can finger him as a racist.

I don't think Trump is all that great a negotiator, but if this is his game plan he's doing alright on this issue.
