I dont expect the OIG report to "clear" Trump as we know of nothing further he needs to be cleared. The dossier has already been discounted and this report may further show how officials at the FBI and DOJ misused it and more misleading of the FISA court and their own internal plotting to u dermjne the election. Dont expect an adjudication of Trump though.
