    When the Republicans get through fiddling with work requirements for Medicaid, this will happen to all those poor 'able-body' adults who should have gotten Medicaid.

    Wrong issue as usual.

    Depending on an Emergency Department visit only when people feel ill is the real problem.

    Also, Illness does not care what time it is, your P.C.P. will be home in bed at 4 am when you are most likely to have those chest pains.

    Indigent care is irrelevant as all people need healthcare, not just those blessed with a goid paying job and an all inclusive health insurance plan.
