    Articles not wrong.

Holidays get doodles, significant events get doodles, important causes, even insignificant random nobody's get doodles.

They've had doodles for the Islamic, the Hindu, the Judaic, the Shinto, the Buddhist, and the Pagan faiths.

It seems odd that they would choose to exclude Easter.

Christians "say"? In other words that's what they claim?
Where is there any uncertainty about the claim? Either Google will commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth or they won't.

Seems little doubt that they won't unlike some exceedingly minor figure who more befits Google's value system than the revolutionary
teacher, philosopher, moralist and preacher who changed the history of planet earth....that's all!

    A brown lesbian Marxist indeed.

    Its odd wording.

I guess the emphasis is on the "18th year in a row part".

But that should be an easy enough thing to substantiate as well since there's all sorts of archival of these doodles.

    *update

Yea just found the last time they did one, it was in 2000.

So it seems this claim is correct.

Yea generally speaking although you could argue exclusivity when it comes to the celebration side.

But is about Easter which Google seems to have a certain issue with.

I don't see it as "Christians not getting their fair share of doogles" I see it as Google having a very particular and long standing negative opinion on the holiday.

What the big deal then. Christians got doodles for Christmas. Isn't that also an important holiday for Christians? Butt hurt over doodles? People whine too much. (can't find any doodles for Bhuddists by the way. Did that guy just made up things?)

So 18 years and the snowflakes still get their panties twisted over it? Maybe they need a hobby.

Christians are angry over Google? Get a life.

A bunch of silly, God-club members want everyone to bow down to some mythical, piece-of-**** 'God' that some dude made up a LONG time ago - probably just to get laid.

All major religions are for the weak and/or the ignorant and/or the desperate.

This thread is proof positive of that.

Face facts God Clubbers...Christianity is Dying. And not a moment too soon.

And eventually humanity will smarten up enough and all of the major 'God Clubs' (Christianity, Islam, Judaism and the rest) will become nothing more then obscure memories.
People will chuckle that so many people once believed in these fairy tales.

Imagine? In 2018, people still believe in this God Club nonsense. Even though there is not even one shred of unbiased, scientific proof that God exists or ever did.

    Incredible.

Doodles are the most reverential and profound expression of the human condition, documentation of the zeitgeist.

They are the sacred epitaphs of our civilisation bequeathed to generations yet unborn, and those who blaspheme against them shall be smitten up the wazoo.

Watching the social programming from Google is instructive. Seemingly, they have no fear of offending the 1.8B catholics/Christians in the world on any given day. As a segment, tech in general are pretty agnostic, unless it's a boutique (for the US) minority they want to pander to....

I wish I could say that I'm stunned folks went out of the way to make a thread complaining about a Google doodle, or lack of.....but I'm not.
