    Blame Cohen for this lawsuit... it's very likely that Hannity's name wouldn't have come up if they had just let the process proceed as normal... LMAO....

    Hopefully they lose their accreditation (for letting a scumbozie like Cohen "slip through the cracks").

    I think the scrutiny should fall on what might have been the motivations behind his "journalism" that sought to discredit the Michael Cohen raid.

    I'm not sure why there isn't some major ethics issues with Hannity's work on FOX. I'm also very suspicious that the privilege Cohen wants to protect with Hannity has to do with some backchannel communications.

    Anything we discussed is lawyer client privilege.

    I'm skeptical Sean actually used Cohen for legal purposes. Since no contracts or money changed hands, the relationship is more casual. I'm cynical, but I see Cohen's "legal work" for Hannity as more of a back channel messenger to Trump. Of course, if I'm right, Cohen wants those documents and emails under privilege.

    Hannity's show tho…. how is that not completely unethical? He's obviously shown he has no objectivity and his motives are suspect too.

    Should ALL of Cohen's records be made public? They'll be leaked, so it will happen.

    I think this is a very dangerous precedent. When out of control investigations can obtain personal records like this, we should all be concerned.
