If they're suing because Russia hacked their computer then they will need to produce evidence that Russia hacked their computer and allow the defense to examine that evidence. This is beyond obvious for anyone with the slightest scintilla of legal knowledge.

Yes. I think the DNI/CIA/FBI report and the Crowdstrike report, along with the testimony of several who conducted and/or have reviewed the investigation (including the highly confidential aspects of that investigation) would suffice for those with the slightest scintilla of legal knowledge.

The point is, MrT, that no one ever got to examine that server other than the people the DNC paid and that's always been a huge problem.

It is shameful and dangerous to our democracy how this group of people refuse to accept the results of an election they lost fair and square.

The intelligence officers appointed by Donald Trump had no issue with that aspect of the investigation. Probably because there are other ways of proving that the DNC server was hacked.

Just wait for the RNC to file a countersuit over the Russia dossier and coordination with high-level government officials to sway the election.

*Fair and Square shall be defined as allowing for the external manipulation of the election by a foreign adversarial government with the cooperation and collusion of the winning candidate's campaign.

It's a case that never should have been alllowed to be filed in the first place, there's zero standing. So what's the remedy if the DNC prevails. What power does some middling unelected manager issuing orders from a cloakroom? Have we lost our collective minds? So 'Judge powered wig' is going to begin issuing orders to the military in falsetto jubilation motivating the mallitia to both evict the elected president of these United States AND concurrently start and fight a nuclear war with the Russian people?

This folly needs to be met with resolute and rational men standing at the gate with cold steel in support of the rule of law and we the people.

The legislature alone has the power enumerated to it by the Constitution to solve political issues. The judicial branch isn't elected, it is of 'We the People', but it it isn't representative of "We the People" nor is it endowed by us or our law's with one ounce of physical capability or mental capacity to venture into the world we live in.

LOL, I thought the DNC was bankrupt. If they weren't before, they will be now. The legal fees to pursue this won't be small.

And when they put people like Howard Dean and Wasserman-Schultz and Perez in charge of their party this is what they get. The DNC is a national disgrace and harmful to this country and our system of government.

No but if they plan to win they have to relinquish information and that information may open a door to an investigation. In todays climate it doesnt seem unlikely.

OH to get hold of those DNC servers and communications with the Clinton campaign including during the primary and how they launched an all out assault on our democracy. Democrats better hope some high level Democrat officials server Perez with his walking papers and drop this lawsuit.

You think all of these people work on the same team and with the same information?

You think the game of intelligence is that simple?

We have no idea what lies were spread, what threats were made, what "evidence" was fabricated, and what people were pressured or ordered to do or say.

We do know, however, that the senior positions of these 3-letter agencies (people friendly to Obama/Clinton) threw up roadblocks and prevented LEO from ever examining that hardware or the actual logs it generated.

All we got was the "findings" from a 3rd party company that the DNC had paid and that had further pending contracts with.

If the RNS files a counter everything on the DNC side will be open to them even though most would be anyway as they get discovery too.

Republicans now have had two count em TWO illegitimate presidents. Bush whom the SC told Florida to stop counting with a 500 vote margin and now Trump who lost the popular vote by a yuuuge amount and is balls deep in conspiracies and fraud with Russian propaganda and WikiLeaks hacking American property and then leaking it to the world.

That may be all you got, but it is not all the evidence that exists.
