    It looks more and more like the Steele dossier is right on target. That guy is a heck of an investigator. We will soon have HD color video of Trump being pissed on by some hookers at the Moscow Ritz Carlton and proof that Trump's consigliere Cohen was lying when he said he never met with Ruskie crooks in Prague......

    Potentially this is Christmas for Trump in April. Dream all you want but the discovery process that the Trump campaign can require is a Christmas tree large enough to park an 18-wheeler under. And the plaintiff cannot easily say they were just kiddin'.

    Sometimes I just trust my first political instincts My gut says this suit is a political loser and that ought to have been the primary concern of the DNC. This is going to be a decision that astute Democrats will recognize as a very bad PR move. the public fatigue with the media saturation of this modified 'collusion' theory in venue after venue after venue is going to become a serious problem that will impact the credibility of the party as it's members try to defend the Mueller probe from charges of partisanship. Some will see it now and more will see it later. Oversaturation. Overreach. Overkill.

    A conviction for a civil suit is also easier.
