Police investigating possible hate crime in New York City subway assault

As always assaulting anyone is never acceptable. It's complicated by the fact that the suspect is black. Will it be less likely there will be marches and demonstrations?

 

The suspect is black, so it will drop off the radar quickly. The only reason this made the news was due to his hat.
