    My fault, I could have been more clear. What I meant by the the fact the suspect is black being a complicating factor was how it would impact the media narrative. If the suspect was white it would most likely have been portrayed as just another example of white racism and privilege. But since the perpetrator isn't white the media can't do that, so once the suspect is caught how are they going to play it?

    It's called real world experience.

    Libs say something doesn't exist unless there's been a "government study" by "experts". Nothing could be further from the truth. It's sad if someone is unable to draw a conclusion based on what they see, hear, and read.

    it was bipartisan, but I agree, black hate crimes should be prosecuted to the max just like white hate crimes should be

    race based crimes are race based crimes regardless of the race of the criminal

    I meant more along the lines of the commentators and pundits. Since we've had several white police officers and others killing non-whites the liberal commentariat has framed those incidents as evidence of widespread racism. Sometimes this has even seeped into straight news reporting. But since the suspect is black and the victim is Hispanic, how will the liberal frame the issue?

    You're still falling into the liberal trap.

    Why are raced based crimes worse than other crimes?

    Only because liberals want them to be. What difference does it make if you shoot someone because they're of a different race or because you want to rob them?

    You should be punishing the crime, not the motivation. Liberals always try to fix the rules to get the outcome they want. All of their rules are designed to lessen the punishment of non-whites and increase the punishment of whites. A black man robs a white man and kills him? It's not his fault. He's underprivileged, he's uneducated, he has no father. What chance did he have? A white cop shoots a black criminal that turns out not to have a gun? It's riot time!

    He's pictured wearing a MAGA hat at a gun range, not something unexpected. There are no reports of a hat during the shooting and his political affiliations are your own speculation.
