RNC isn't the one suing, and isn't the one who's been resisting having their "hacked" server looked at.

Is interesting because if treated like a normal lawsuit, it would give Russia discovery rights not only to all DNC records, but all records of any consultants hired by the DNC and Clinton - and access to all USA voter rolls and records - and all FBI, CIA and other government records - plus all records of the Mueller investigation - and everyone could be deposed under oath including Clinton, Obama, Mueller and everyone on the DNC staff.

Russia and Putin, of course, could counter sue for liable and slander - including against the MSM and many talking heads on it.

Access to the DNC server will not be part of this lawsuit.

So when Congresspeople call Trump a racist or hates Mexicans, which is a LIE, do tell what the punishment was? Oh, there was none, was there=) What was DebbieWS's punishment for fixing the DNC primaries or saying. Clinton hired her after she lost that position. Not exactly a punishment. Oh, she's still in Congress too. When CNN or the NYT claims they have "sources" that say Trump is unhinged and the WH is in shambles....can't recall any names being used either.

People leaking info from the WH to the press which has been unprecedented...no firings...

WHo's lost their job for claiming Trump is cahoots with Russia? Thats basically done now isn't it? I know the DNC will keep suing until Trump is dead, but for all intents and purposes, the whole Russia thing is finished. Who's lost their jobs for making all that **** up?

Tough ****. It will be part of this one as your colluding insurrection is brought down around your heads.

PDT has countersued the DNC - and rightly so - over their servers, Clinton e-mails and "the Pakistani mystery man."

Before and after the last election, the Democrats conspired to rig their primaries, plotted to tamper with the general election, and then sought to reverse its outcome and tamper with the next election. In the typical manner of the left, they justified their crimes by attributing them to their victims. Extensive coordination between political operatives, elements in the justice system, law enforcement, the State Department and the media manufactured crimes and built investigations around them. Some call this network, a "Deep State." But that shifts responsibility from the Democrats to an amorphous conspiracy that encompasses everything. And that lets the Democrats off the hook. The investigations of Trump aren't tainted because everyone in the FBI is bad. They're tainted because Democrats tried to use them to rig one election and are trying to use them to rig another one.

For the First Time since 1860 we have failed to peacefully transition power because deeply corrupt Obama Administration did not agree with the choice of the Electorate. They have lied, leaked, colluded committed felonies all in their quest to destroy the President of the United States.

They want laws to be binding, only on their opponents.
They was elections to be binding, only when they win them.

This all needs to be drug out into the sunlight, the guilty charged tried and when appropriate imprisoned.

Not sure how it couldn't be. This lawsuit is sounding like a stunt.

Trump is a racist, a liar, and he hates Mexicans. I have his quotes to support my assertion.

Debbie was forced from her job as the DNC. That is punishment.

Unnamed sources being reported by a known reporter and a known entity is a staple of journalism. But it does subject the person to civil and criminal penalty...when they are caught telling a reckless lie against a public figure.

People leaking to the White House has resulted in numerous firings and resignations. If you don't think any of the 50+ people who have been forced out of the White House were done so because they leaked information, then you have less faith in your President than I do.

And no, the Russian-Trump collusion investigation is not basically done, nor is it close to being done.

Allow me to break it down for you then.

First off, the entities being sued are Trump, his campaign, the RNC, Julian Assange, and various Russian entities. If they case gets to the discovery phase, then it is their information which is relevant to the trial - whether they had access to, coordinated with, and colluded with each other to distribute illegally obtained information.

Second, if the RNC, or any other entity, should counter sue (and that suit makes it to the discovery phase), then they are entitled to the communications and documents necessary to prove their case. And here is where you think that the DNC server is probably relevant - but that is only relevant in a situation where they can establish to the court that the server is likely to result in relevant evidence and the discovery of which meets a certain cost-benefit analysis. The judge will almost certainly agree that the physical server is unlikely to result in any relevant evidence in terms of the hacking considering that the hack took place more than two years ago and the risk of confidential communications or tampering occurring will almost certainly prove too great a cost. Instead the reports on the hack from numerous organizations and agencies, the underlying data for those reports, will suffice in the minds of the judge.

The only one who signed off on the hacked server was a paid DNC client....

I know your side, being the same one to think that One Political team can pay for a Spy Pass on the other political team, thinks this is enough, but I don't think it will be.

This is just a stunt anyway, as the Mueller investigation is not going to bring what you hoped.

The FBI, the CIA, and the DNI are not paid DNC clients. Nor is the CrowdStrike report their only source of information.

Trump's own intelligence appointees agree with the DNI report. Trying to claim that Russia was not behind the hacking is not a workable proposition.

Did any besides Crowdstrike get to look over the server themselves?

They are more mad that the dnc emails got out, rather then be mad at the dnc for what was in the emails. People with zero standards behave accordingly. If the DNC was so great releasing their emails would have only made them look better.

Lucky for us most of the people working in the dnc who were there in 2016 will be there in 2018 because they are never held accountable.

A counter suit is not limited to just the parties in the original suit nor just the issues of the original suit. The RNC and Trump could sue Clinton, anyone involved with the dossier, also sue Russia to prove Russia interfered on behalf of Clinton and the DNC, and name any other party and add any other issue. Literally the RNC could name hundreds of people and organizations in a cross lawsuit as the issue is anyone who wrongly intervened in the election - in whatever claimed wrongful way they did. The RNC could sue the PM of the UK, Obama, Lynch, Comey, and all the other FBI and DOJ members who became politically involved, even anyone accused of election fraud, voter registration fraud - or any and all other issues and persons of any kind of any issue about the election.

In fact, the RNC not only could - but should - add everyone, every government and every organization that may have wrongfully influenced the election under the principle of stare decisis.

Of course the DNC server is relevant because the RNC and Trump should allege that the DNC was using the server to illegally or wrongfully interfere with the election - and that the DNC and Clinton shot themselves for doing so - and to prove it was the DNC torpedoing Sanders and other actions taken using the server that is what harmed the Clinton and Democrat's campaign as to the question of who and what caused the damage. Essentially, the lawsuit requires an entire litigation over both the primary and general elections and anyone no matter who they are, any organization, and any country, that was in any way involved in it down to the individual campaign worker, media personality, official, and candidate.

Courts do NOT make "cost-benefit" analysis of discovery. That's up to the parties.

Claiming that Russia harmed the DNC and the election makes every aspect of the election, everyone involved in it in anyway, anywhere in the world, every organization and every government relevant.

The Democratic Party always runs to judges when theylose elections or can't get a majority vote in Congress. Generally, the Democratic Party hates democracy, elective government and the Constitution. They like dictators. Love em.

Good. Now the GOP can subpoena the allegedly "hacked" DNC server, ALL the FISA warrant applications, and ALL "evidence" of "collusion".

The DNC must be feeling good about its chances in November.

It must have money to burn.

And Debbie was then hired by the Clintons right afterwards. :) The punishment was symbolic, hehe. You would think getting fired for election fraud would come with an actual punishment, like ****ing prison and fines. Not a bigger pension and most likely a re-election.
