He did not allow anyone else to review his classification choices on the memos he leaked. His classification choices differed on the memos he leaked, which appear to be self-serving, and while intent is not necessary for espionage, it does seal the deal.

So you're trying to tell us that the Secretary of State, Presidential Candidate in 2008 and 2016 had no clue what was classified and not classified? Why would she be qualified for either position if she couldn't tell the difference?

Jim Comey doesn't need to defend anything. The memos are released to the public and he has a right to defend himself against the bully-in-chief.

McCabe will probably get a book deal as well and no serious consequences to his actions.
