    No, it would not. And Trump and every right winger knows it too.

    The alleged details speak rigth to Trump's vulgar decadence and dissapation. They stand for everything Trump ever bragged about, his tinsil billionare act, his misogyny, and his low class.

    If the tapes do exist, I expect we will see them when the Russians decide they are done with Trump and want to throw the last shovel of dirt in his political grave.

    The question is, does trump act like someone who is being blackmailed; say for example, never once denouncing an attack on the US election system, in fact, at one time or another, denouncing just about everyone in the world except Putin.

    What we've noticed is that these denunciation have been pro forma, usually read from text with little enthusiasm.

    Of course, actions speak louder than words.

    Three weeks ago Trump announced that the US was quitting Syria, abandoning it to Assad and the Russians. They took him at his word.

    So when he decided that another cruise missile strike would look good on Fox News and blow his troubles off the TV screen for a couple of days, he went out of the way to warn the Russians (who in turn, warned their Syrian friends)

    Then he had his UN Ambassador announce sanctions and then undermined her in front of the whole world by going back on his committment.

    We can also review the many times that the White House has met with Russians during his first year, without telling anyone. Meetings we learned about when the Russians announed them to the world.

    Oh, and there's the matter of his ignoring the law of the land and sitting on ,and then slow walking earlier sanctions.

    Oh, and just yesterday, the Trump administration ordered a waiver for his idiotic tarrifs to the Russian aluminum empire owned by Oleg Deripashka.

    In case you don't know who Oleg Deripashka is, and most Trumpsters don't seem to know even the basic cast of characters and events in the Russia scandal, he's the guy that Paul Manafort owes 19 million dollars to.

    Well, the porn star exists, and her lawyer is on TV constantly. Trump has never denied her claims either, and Michael Cohen (and by extenstion Trump) are in serious trouble over the obvious lies they tried to tell to cover the payoff.

    We aren't obsessed with the pee pee tape. In fact, we tend to view it as pathetically characteristic of a pathetic and vulgar creep.

    We are far more concered about the collusion and the money laundering.

    But every time the Steele Dossier comes up, it's the pee pee tape allegation that you guys run to.

    After all salacious stories like this are easier to grasp and appeal to small minds.

    Which is where Trump's base really is, and why Trump is so plainly terrified about that particular story.
