Pennsylvania golf club apologized after calling police on black women members for playing too slow

You can't make this stuff up and the fact that folks will actually come on here and try to defend it is unbelievable.

 

So when they kick you out for nothing how much of a financial debt is owed to you since you had to pay money to play.

 

Well, back when I played golf, getting behind some drunks who were holding up everyone else on a hot day used to really piss me off. Especially if it appeared it was being done on purpose.

We have this deal which has happened here in my area since right after civil rights. If you are traveling through a black area in town here, you always see lots of black folks ambulating down the street. No problem with that of course and walking is good for anyone who does it. But here is the deal, which has become what appears to be a cultural thing. A black culture thing. These people, always of the younger crowd, will walk down a street, not on the side, but right in the middle or in one lane or the other. And when your car reaches them, they will look at you and not move out of the way of traffic. You will literally have to stop and they intentionally take their sweet time in getting out of the way. And this has been the case for decades, as if they are being taught this in black culture class. lol

Why even bring this up? Because I wonder if this being slow on a golf course, holding people up is perhaps driven by what drives these folks here to do as they do when it comes to walking down the middle of a street, holding up traffic. So I am curious is all given something similar happened on that golf course.

Of course, holding traffic up that passes through black areas, the Hood, is a good set up for jacking a car. Which happens. But if you got a fast car, you can stop away from such people, light the tires up with burning rubber smoke, and speed them up quite a bit. Fishtailing under acceleration seems to work wonders as you approach the loafers. They go from slow motion into a hurry rather quickly. Good response time. And good exercise. And I guess the younger crowd grows out of their idiocy, for you never see older people act in such a manner. So it must just be a black culture thing among the youthful idiots.

 

Not if you are a member. There will be rules about rights of access to club property and the rights of the club to limit that access.

Members pay for the right of access and it would be unusual for the club to retain the right to kick members out for any reason (or for no reason). It would be particularly surprising if a golf club permitted people to be kicked off the property for the infraction slow play.

 

When we outlaw people being dickwads, then we're all going to be in trouble.

There is a lot of pent up racism there. You go from seeing people walk in the street instead of the sidewalk, which is ok, to supposing it is a culture thing for the black women golfers to intentionally hold up other golfers? Wow.

Of course you finish with your little fantasy about burning rubber in the hood.

Fact of the matter here is that if this story stayed exactly the same and the women were instead white, this wouldn't be a story. I don't care about these stories anymore when racism has to be fabricated to draw attention. Kick them out for being too stupid to move past hole #2 or let them sue you, who cares anymore.

If not calling the police maybe he could have threatened them with a shotgun or turned the water sprinklers on them

There are ways to make them leave but the owner wanted to handle it peacefully

In retrosoect he coulld have let them play and then barred them from ever returning

Of idiots that can't play. They should have scheduled a later tee time. I always make sure nobody is directly behind me IF I golf because I'm terrible at it.

Anyways, as always the liberals overlook the key points of the story. If the owner and co-owner were racist (as some of the maroons say) then these gals never would have been members.

 

There is none, and you are just projecting yourself onto me. But the left are always doing this. It would not matter if the people holding up traffic are yellow, black, white or little green men. That it is only the blacks here that do it, is just a fact. Noticing this is not racism. But of course it is to those who have well worn decks of race cards. I also notice that most pro football teams have more blacks than whites. Same with pro basketball. So if one points that out, you see a racist? Well, you would have to in order to retain some coherence to your beliefs. And so pointing out which race tends to do what I mentioned is only racism to the cognitive dissonant thinking of your team.

If I were a racist, I would admit it. And give you the rationale behind my racism. So put your well worn race card back into your deck, or better, shove it up your arse. I would think that the blacks here doing that to white travelers is where you will find your genuine racism. For they do it because the driver of the cars are white. But of course, I have heard your crowd say, black racism towards whites is not racism at all. Only whites can be racists. We can see how those kind of minds work. And they tend to carry their pack of race cards in their back pockets.

 

What you posted previously was textbook racism. And i am not referring to your stereotyping of black people walking in the street. Just everything else you wrote.

I used to subscribe to Golf Digest and a while back there was a story about a huge back up on a course. When the marshal went out to see what was causing it he found a Japanese foursome where each golfer, except for one, had lost all their balls and they only had on ball between all four of them. What they were doing was hitting that ball, marking it, coming back and letting another player hit then marking and retrieving it to bring back for the next player - 4 golfers were all using the same ball. They got the boot and Golf Digest thought it was a humorous story.
