The press continues to feed the dying Russia collusion conspiracy theory, spending Friday’s news cycle regurgitating Democrat talking points from the just-filed Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act lawsuit against the Trump campaign, WikiLeaks, and Russia.
Yet the mainstream media took no notice of last week’s federal court filing that exposes an $84 million money-laundering conspiracy the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign executed during the 2016 presidential election in violation of federal campaign-finance law.

Over a 13-month period, FEC records show some 30 separate occasions when the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF) transferred contributions totaling more than $10 million to the DNC without any corresponding record of the receipt or disbursement from the state parties, thus illegally leap-frogging the state Democratic parties.

The constant defense of Hillary and statements of how she is innocent is indefensible. If the law is impartial, then she must face jail time. All other options are unacceptable and immoral. The question is whether or not our government has the courage to do what is right. I believe Trump has such courage, Republicans and others.... I think not.
From turning $1,000 into $100,000 in Pork Belly futures to White Water, to an $84 million money laundering scheme. Hillary still walks this earth without a care in the world.
You have to wonder why Michael Cohen's business was raided while Perkins & Coie was capable of paying GPS Fusion $12 million as agents for Hillary.
The bureaucracy is infested with progressives who will never protect a free and honest America. If Hillary had won, this would have disappeared immediately. With Trump in the White House they are going to slow walk this (see DOJ/FBI) and hope it goes away.
I agree that Hillary must be vigorously prosecuted but so should those that are obstructing the execution of impartial justice. A few in jail will get the rest doing their job. ....It is that or fire the lot and start over.

This is a lawsuit against Trump's FEC because the agency laughed off their complaint from 4 months ago.

This is pretty embarrassing for the anti-Clinton crowd... not that they have any shame.

 

Of course there's also the real possibility that FEC investigators who are now looking into th $9 million paid to Perkins Coie, recorded, and reported as "legal fees", gave cause to dig deeper. The AG is also investigating Clintons Foundation finances, and the DOJ has launched an investigation, regarding the investigation of HRC's server. McCauliffe who donated most of the $700K McCabes wife received? Was he repaid by reciprocity? Clintons carry the stench of grift and kickbacks. This should surprise no one.

 

Is this where you deflect to a bunch of talking points unrelated to the topic? Usually that doesn't happen until page 2.

Huge failure? The FEC is investigating Clinton ... bottom line. Your weak defense, citing the FEC initially declined to investigate is a disgrace. 3,4, maybe 5 seperate investigations into Clinton finances are bound to overlap repeatedly. The "talking points" are all directly related to Clintons "creative" bookkeeping practices.

 

They are investigating a "legal fees" payment? Ohhh, maybe they will have to refile a report.

Sorry, but that is less troubling than the Stormy Daniels payment, which is overblown as an FEC violation.

 

Like Flynn & Manafort re-filing FARA docs / financial disclosures? There are a lot of "overblown" violations being aggressively prosecuted. And while liberals are fretting over a payment made to silence Daniels, Dems & MSM have concealed years of sexual harassment payments made by sitting congressmen from a secret congressional slush-fund. Fantastic.

 

Flynn was also plotting to kidnap someone in the US for the Turkish government. Manafort has charges concerning money laundering, bank fraud, etc.

So no, not "like" those at all.

According to the OP's source, [http://thefederalist.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/feclawsuit.pdf], this is a lawsuit by "The Committee to Defend the President" trying to force an investigation. Therefore, at this point there is no investigation. Perhaps if there is one this will become news.

First of all, I wonder out loud why the right wing establishment does this stuff, other than to plant stories.

Second, even though it has long since been obvious that Trump IS stupid enough to do these sorts of things, I wonder why the rigth wing noise machine thinks that a skilled operator like Clinton is.

Third, I know full well that one of the reasons that these suits are filed is to generate press releases, promotional editorials (like this one) and for fundraising purposes.

You have to pay the lawyers who filed to suit to show up when it gets thrown out!

Complaints were filed with the FEC in Oct. & Dec. 2017. As a result of inaction a lawsuit against the FEC has been brought. Congressional committee discovered the million$ disguised as "legal fees" and could make criminal referals in that regard also. Hillary has big problems.

 

It is clear that, over the last 50 or so years, the Progressive Leftist Democratic Party has become a criminal organization with an "the ends justify the means" attitude that pervades the whole organization and they seek only to rule. What is really sad and scary is that they keep getting away with their crimes. The Clinton Crimes Syndicate began the day Slick Willy Clinton was elected Governor in Arkansas.
