    Does it change the fact that the left have adopted absolutely all aspects of McCarthyism?

    Does it change the fact that the liberals have adopted all attributes of McCarthy and sound absolutely like him?

    When the accused invoked the Fifth Amendment to protect themselves, McCarthy said this act is "the most positive proof obtainable that the witness is Communist."

    True but like everything else Trump says that is a lie or stupid when he is exposed at it bites him in the ass he lies and denies that he ever said it.

    And his fans go right along with him as if they all got amnesia.

    If I recall correctly, Mueller tagged Flynn with lying while the FBI didn’t think he lied at all.

    Nothing to tie the transaction to the campaign.
    And Stormy's lawyer can't legally talk about the conditions of the agreement because it involves an LLC by the name of Essential Consultants and not anyone specifically working on the campaign.

    Mueller tried to intimidate Cohen, but legally, Mueller can't backtrack Cohen's actions to any other jurisdiction now that Cohen has acknowledged his intentions of pleading the 5th.

    If Mueller were to try, it would be a serious breach of DOJ protocols and grounds for dismissal as a Special Counsel.

    First. It's Rosenstein, not Mueller.
    Second. What makes you think they need Cohen's testimony to convict him.
    Third. If Cohen lied about his bank loan the LLC won't help him.
    Fourth. Keep in mind they have already seen a bunch of Cohen's e-mails from a previous warrant.
    Fifth. Stormy's lawyer will now have a go at deposing Trump.
    Mmm. More popcorn.
