That simply means she can't go to jail for what she posted. It does NOT mean she's free from consequences like being fired, suspended, or somesuch, although the odds are good* that MSNBC will at most say they're disappointed, give her a slap on the wrist and leave it at that. I personally think Joy should continue to speak and be given as large a platform as possible by the network so as to continue to represent the left, liberalism, and MSNBC to as many people as it can. *Not 100% mind you - just "good".
