So if Cohen, a Manhattan lawyer who has only three clients, does only a "tiny, tiny fraction of his legal work," and "has never done legal work" for Hannity, he must do a hell of a lot of work for that third client to even afford his office rent in Manhattan

Do you think these people, and those that believe everything they say, ever weigh the reality that common sense predicates that they are flat out lying?

It is a damn cult. Don't try to apply logic. The Trump faithful don't even care if he lies about the very reasons he was supposedly elected. Lieing about paying off hookers will be in the Republican platform next election. How is that wall going?

Perhaps he did a lot of work for Trump that was not legal work. Which would mean the documents related to THAT work are not privileged.

Or he worked nearly full time for Trump, but Trump has so much legal work that that Cohen's share is only a small fraction of Trump's total.

I think that was what he was saying, there is probably Trump corporation which probably has dozens and dozens of real estate attorneys all over the world, then Cohen handles his personal stuff, like shutting up hookers.

Yep. Remarkable that he could make a full time living off that kind of work.

Although perhaps not so remarkable when you consider who his client is. Was.

That may be true, but in this situation I think he was attempting to distance himself from Cohen, to alter the public perspective that Cohen was his man, his "fixer," and that Cohen's troubles didn't involve him, remember in the President's view image is important

Not trying to spoil the fun here, but could we go with women instead of hookers? Stormy obviously has a suspect career in the sex industry, but McDougal and most of the others I've read about are not hookers.. other than that, you nailed Cohen's role..

You figure McDougal had sex with donald because she was attracted to his sexy physique?

I will never try and figure out what attracts ANY woman to ANY man (not named Chris Hemsworth).... speaking as somebody who married WAY out of my league in the looks department..

    SNIP
But, she said, in spite of that encounter in 2006, “I went back,” conducting what she described as a 10-month, serious relationship that she finally ended when she could no longer bear the guilt of betraying Mr. Trump’s then-new wife, Melania.

She described herself as a Republican and said she voted for Mr. Trump in November, describing him as “brilliant” and “charming” and someone she loved enough to even consider marrying.

You libs are too much. You defend women all the time regarding being objectified and here you are with your hypocritical double standard with Trump. If looks were the only thing that mattered then I doubt very many WNBA players would ever find husbands, and I'm amazed Mooch found one.

And to think just yesterday I was given a beat down on this board for comparing Rosie ODonnel to a Macy's Parade float.

Would any of you libs date Whoopi Goldberg? She had money.

Money still doesn't explain a lot of relationships that make no sense.. McDougal was (actually still is) a hot enough property to get a less-complicated sugar daddy (who didn't treat her like a whore on their first encounter) if that was her goal....

What's he got there? $350?? That sounds about right..

It certainly is an explanation for this one.

So if he didn't work for Hannity and did very little for Trump, then there should be no issue of attorney/client privilege.
