    My boy is a dedicated family man with the love of his life and three beautiful children. Last year he went on his 4th deployment "over there", and this song reminds me of him ...

    Holy Smokes! I just listened to the Disturbed cover of the old Simon and Garfunkle hit, Sounds of Silence and I was blown away! I have never heard anything like it. And while I love the old version, this one here is a different animal, and the singer who covered it, or his producer is a damned genius. I say this as a life long musician, if that has any relevance. I have never been touched but a few times in my life by a song, or a guitar riff, and this is one of those few times. It actually brought a tear to my eye, and struck some archetypal chord within my consciousness. I can never forget this rendition of this song. Forever burned into memory.

    Does anyone not like this cover?

    Yes, David Draiman did a great job on covering Sounds of Silence, his voice is so compelling. Disturbed is great.
