Not sure? I'm still trying to figure out how Gulianni was so privy to information about the Clinton email investigation? Was he in talks with the Russians too?

They really don't. Why? Because they have no other defense for him.

It's not an "almost". It is a guilty plea.

Thanks. with you saying absolutely nothing of any debatable quality, you've actually been a great help to the cause.

Would love to see the increasingly terrified, desperate Mueller try to subpoena the POTUS!!

What a joy that would be...who's he "interrogating" now; the Girl Scout Troop from the Mara-Lago area? For cookie accounting "irregularities"?

How are those Tomahawks Trump sent, where Obama was exposed as the feckless coward he is?

How's the Patriot Missile Defense shield in Poland, PUTIN'S BACKYARD?

How's Putin like getting bi**h slapped before the world, as opposed to tea-bagging Obama on a regular basis?

Think Uranium One would have a snowball's chance in hell of happening in the Trump Adm.?

That's your excuse for Obama getting caught making "secret promises to cooperate with Vladipoo"?

I mean , he ALREADY allowed Uranium One; reneged on the European Missile Defense shield, did NOTHING as Putin seized Crimea, and attacked our NATO ally , the Ukraine.....how much MORE FREAKIN' FLEXIBLE COULD HE FRIGGIN' GET????

And then you and yours HAVE THE GALL to pretend that it's TRUMP in PUTIN'S POCKET; UTTERLY ASININE.

The Left remains HOMOEROTICALLY OBSESSED with Trump...and we ALL KNOW WHO PUTIN'S BI**H IS, we have him on video promising to "swallow for Vladipoo!"

And that AFTER he ALREADY allowed Uranium One; reneged on the European Missile Defense shield, did NOTHING as Putin seized Crimea, and attacked our NATO ally , the Ukraine.....how much MORE FREAKIN' FLEXIBLE COULD HE FRIGGIN' GET????

Yeah, it's Trump who Putin controls....right....

No, it was suspended after being ruled unconstitutional multiple times and then completely reworked...twice!

Sally Yates broke no law. In fact, she was fired because she tried to inform the Trump administration that Flynn broke the law.

    Without any other evidence?

Yea, maybe in the UK but not in America and not to one of the elite.

Trump has issued multiple public and private statements that could absolutely qualify as evidence of his intent, when it comes to the obstruction charge and the various criminal statutes associared with collusion.

The questions are reportedly based on a conversation from the Mueller team to the Trump team during a meeting two weeks before Dowd resigned and then transcribed by the Trump legal team. It isn't a stretch to think Giuliani, who is now part of that legal team, would have had access and ability to leak those notes.

...and Trump's team is not known for leaking or did you want to argue that they leak less?

    There is no obstruction charge.

    There is no "collusion" charge.

Geez, I think we can safely put the "who leaked" part of this story to bed now... Fox has clearly indicated it's the Trump legal team (and you KNOW you wouldn't dare argue against the mother ship)

    SNIP
President Trump quickly denounced the leak to The New York Times as "disgraceful." But by the paper’s own description, the leak came from the Trump side.

Say what you will about the Mueller investigation, he's run an amazingly leak-free operation. Ken Starr's office was practically a sieve compared to this crew.

    What are you babbling about?

Trump sent Tomahawk missles into Syria to stop Assad from using poison gas. Assad waited a few months and then defied your clown prince. So, he did it again.

Of couse, both times, he warned the Russians, who warned the Syrians.

    Nobody sees Trump b*&thslapping anyone.

Trump bends over backwards for Putin. He refused to inpliment sanctions that he signed for months.

He had Nikki Haley announce news sanctions, and then changed his mind after Moscow objected. Putin didn't get humiliated in public, Nikki Haley did.

He is still meeting with Russians and not telling you about it.

There aren't any charges of any sort yet.

That's what the Grand Jury is for.

Trump can either talk to Mueller with his lawyers.

Or he can talk to the Grand Jury without them.

He can take the Fifth, which would protect him from inciminating himself, but it would end any semblance of credibility or authority.

Of course, he's just as likely to carelessly incriminate himself in front of his base or on twitter. He's done it before.

Also, since I don't see a thread on this (yet) and it's sort of related...

Mueller 'threatened Trump with subpoena' amid Russia probe

    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-43971954

Should come as no surprise... I'm sure Mueller is not used to having people going to these lengths to avoid talking to his investigators...

Or conversely, he has a very extensive experience with individuals trying to avoid his investigators.

Oops... yeah, I think I gobbled that up... Of course he has a lot of experience with issuing subpoenas... I shouldn't post before I'm fully awake...
