You can exclude all the times the SCOTUS over turned his unConstitutional BS.

 

And, thanks to the GOP during Obama' reign, it was never overturned or defunded.

We already had a trashed economy when Obama took over. The GOP accomplished little but to control the Obama regime's socialist-lite excesses. They didn't succeed very often; Obamacare, for instance, was passed as a mandate, even though the SCOTUS 'morphed' it into a 'tax'. All the big promises about savings with Obamacare, the "Stimulus", and all the other Obamanite bullshit turned out to be lies, half-truths, and distorted manipulations.

Anyway, the Federal Reserve used its own methods under both "W" Bush and Obama to try to correct and stabilize the economy. It, and it alone, produced all those 'quantitative easings', Operation Twist, and other 'magic tricks' designed primarily to protect and enrich those who it thought were "too big to fail". Obama was simply the obedient 'house pet' who ran the government's Welfare Circus.

Of COURSE the GOP, along with anyone else who had any sense, wanted Obama to be a one-term president -- at most! And, actually, for breaking the LAW no less than than twice (probably more like three times), Obama should have been impeached and removed. Anyway, now rabid Democrats want to move heaven and earth to get rid of the 'anti-Obama', Donald Trump, even though during the 18 months he's been in office, the economy has improved measurably in many ways, including a tax cut that is making its effects felt throughout the economy -- for those who are hired, and for those doing the hiring! Hint: not everyone works for the government!
