Why the Republican Party is branded "Racist"

    As a lifelong Republican I have always defended the party against what I feel are unfounded accusations of racism. We hear it time and again in the media, <Mod Edit>. Recently I started a discussion about Israel/Palestine which I am very passionate about, and some of the comments were very crude. many were deleted, and the thread was closed. One well known poster stated that "most Palestineans, in my opinion, belong on leashes" and then went on to call them "savage animals" These types of foul comments are very disheartening and give ammunition to liberals in the oft repeated charge of racism in the ranks of the Republican party. I think the Republican party should disavow these types of people from their ranks. Here is the thread in question:

    Accurately Pointing out that someone who is being an ******* but happens to be of color is an ******* does not make you a racist.

    What if I said this ""most American blacks, in my opinion, belong on leashes" and then called them "savage animals". What would be the reaction then? (It would be disgusting to say that) Try hard to actually answer the question without deflecting.

    So in your demented world "Someone" is the same as saying "Most" of an entire population (most being more than 50%)

    So 50% or more of an entire population of people= someone?? Last time I checked, "someone" refers to the singular. Is this a difficult concept for you?

    What difference does it make if it’s in reference to most or not? Are you saying that it’s impossible for more then 50% of a specific group to be *******s?

    We do hear a lot about the holocaust, I turn the TV on and it nazi this, hitler that, blah blah fricken blah. Why do you think the left now uses this word on every white person that they disagree with? They learn it from watching the controlled press.

    I did. I said it doesn’t make a difference either it’s in reference to more then or less then 50% of a population. More then half of a group can be *******s. Do you deny this?

    So you've moved on from screaming racist, to trying to misrepresent the argument? I'm not actually sure if you're trying to be daft, or whether this is just daily run of the mill for you, but let me break this down:

    ISIS commits violent acts against anyone, including women and children, because it perceives them as a threat to their way of life.
    Israel commits violent acts against anyone, including women and children, because it perceives them as a threat to their way of life.

    ISIS and Israel were both allies of the United States at one time or another. In fact, the United States even trained ISIS soldiers as part of an insurgency operation.

    ISIS fell out of favor with the United States after they turned on us.

    Israel retains favor in the United States for many reasons, the largest being that the principle owners/operators of US Media Outlets, which are directly responsible for the propaganda dissemination in the Unites States, also have a vested interest in their ancestral holy land being kept specifically for their people, the Jews.

    11,047 Palestinians have been killed by Jews.
    Approximately 1,200 have been killed by ISIS / IS outside of Iraq and Syria.

    Despite having a body count almost 10 times higher than ISIS, Israeli Jews are given carte blanche to do as they will, why?


    I know you have the power to do just a touch of critical thinking. Fire a few of those neurons. Don't look to CNN, MSNBC, The NYT, WaPo, HuffPost. Think. THINK. Use your ******ned head for once in your life. You have the skills to critically think without being forcefed a doctrine.

    Yes yes we’ve all seen this from all the new haters. It’s old as hell. “I don’t hate the Jews. I love Jews. I just hate the ZIONISTS!!” Yeah. Not working bud.

    I love this part too. “Outside of Iraq and Syria Isis has only killed 1,200 people and Israel 10 times that.” Yeah. OUTSIDE of Iraq and Syria. Inside however the death toll shoots to the 10s of thousands. Dwarfing is Israels body count. You’re like those guys that say “well Islamic terrorism hasn’t killed that many people in the US if you don’t count 9/11.”

    The problem is too many of these guys are paid propagandists for Israel who get paid to lie for the cause. But Jews for the most part are a little brighter, and it's a lot harder to back them into a corner like this one got backed into.
