I agree with your premise, but putting the military on the borders with orders to shoot to kill will save lives in the long run. The drug smugglers will dry up, and the 100,000 drug deaths will fall to 10,000 a year, as well as the cost of these illegal aliens stops. You will not have to shoot many before it all immediately dries up the illegal aliens bodies up and rich people will have to do their own gardening and watch their own children. 100 dead would end it, and save 60-90K American lives. It is simple math.

It they feel that they want to be racists, that is ok too. It works both ways. Should you have to have gay friends, or (gasp) white conservative friends, or the government investigates you and you go to jail for not have "diverse" friends? Whats the difference between being a business person who doesn't like white people and has a sign out front say "no white people", or someone telling you that you have to have white, conservative friends?

UPDATE The first governmental account of nationwide drug deaths shows roughly 64,000 people died from drug overdoses in 2016.

AKRON, Ohio — Drug overdose deaths in 2016 most likely exceeded 59,000, the largest annual jump ever recorded in the United States, according to preliminary data compiled by The New York Times.

The death count is the latest consequence of an escalating public health crisis: opioid addiction, now made more deadly by an influx of illicitly manufactured fentanyl and similar drugs. Drug overdoses are now the leading cause of death among Americans under 50.

Although the data is preliminary, the Times’s best estimate is that deaths rose 19 percent over the 52,404 recorded in 2015. And all evidence suggests the problem has continued to worsen in 2017.

Actually, those are common law, pre constitutional English law, which common law is also mentioned in the constitution. HOWEVER, an amendment overrules all law before it. In reality, you really do not have restrictions of Libel, slander or defamation of character. Show me in the constitution where the government has the power to control such things!!! WHERE DOES THAT POWER OF GOVERNMENT COME FROM??

A TROLL? Is a troll anyone smarter than you? Again, what does NO LAW mean? It is in the first amendment and is very clear it's meaning in two simple, third grade words. NO LAW.
Unfortunately, when I took the Ohio bar exam for fun (no I am not a lawyer, I am a civil engineer, but I passed the Ohio bar with an 80% and you only need 60% to pass), but I have always studied since 9th grade and been amazed at not only the law, but the rulings and how they fail to fit the constitutional wording and muster. Most rulings are just "made up sh*t according to how the justices FEEL, not based on the textual content of the constitution. We now have two solid court justices, Thomas and now Gorshec (SP) that actually read what is there, and it is upsetting the lefts apple cart, and another may be joining where we go back to what is written, not made up sh*t.

Gee, I was taught and from reading our history, that the constitution is the ONLY powers the government has been given "by the people" (see the 10th amendment) and you call me a troll because you cannot defend your position???? I KNOW what I am talking about. Prove me wrong!

I have looked at the issues. Perhaps 10% of Conservatives do hold racist views on minorities. But a much greater percentage of Liberals view men as trash or Privileged Oppressors or potential rapists. #notallliberals
