California university works to reduce number of white people on campus

I know Bmore well. You'll have to define what "better" means. But for Bmore that would be just about anything. They have some of the most lethal bangers in the business, much deadlier than Chicago.

 

“Better” in the sense that the houses look neater, the roads are well paved, the sides of the road are cleaner and best you can walk around outside at night without worrying about being shot.

 

They need to pack up and leave Chicago and Baltimore and few other cities.
