I don't see you complaining about Saudi Arabia or China - both of which are more of a threat to the US than Russia.

You are the one who can not deal with the facts and the fact of the matter is that CNN/MSNBC/FOX are far bigger threats to the integrity of our democratic process - on the order of a blizzard compared to a snowflake - than Russia.

And lastly - not talking to Putin (trying to work things out) while continuing to poke the bear and ramp up the arms race and the new cold war - is a real threat to national security.

Quit drinking the kool-aid and wake the heck up.

The terrible problem we face is this: the question of what should America's policy towards Russia be, is inextricably entwined with the issue of Donald Trump, his personal failings, the possibility that there is some clandestine tie to the Russian state. They are logically two separate issues, but when you actually address them, you can't separate them.

Hopefully, the Republican Party will man up, impeach the guy, and we can move on.

 

What high crime or misdemeanour? Or do you mean the legislature should use their constitutional authority to make high crimes and misdemeanours anything they like and impeach?

To suggest it's treasonous is a joke. Treason has a very specific definition and is the only crime explicitly defined in the constitution for a reason.

Something tells me the Democrats are getting sick of the Republicans having the White House, the Senate, the House, 5/9ths (soon to be 6/9ths for the next 30 years) of the Supreme Court, 36 state legislatures, a majority of governorships, etc, etc.

All the Democrats have left is the professional bureaucrat class, academia, and minorities due to their virulent racism.

Saudi Arabia is a threat to all humanity - and I have explained the reasons for this to you numerous times.

El Saud is the #1 state sponsor of terror (Al Qaeda in Particular) and the cradle of Islamist extremist ideology - an ideology it has been exporting all over the world for decades.

Saudi Arabia funneled hundreds of millions of dollars and tons of weapons to Al Qaeda and other Islamist groups in Syria which led to the death of 500,000 people, the worst humanitarian crisis so far this decade (next is Yemen which El Saud is also responsible for) the refugee crisis (spreading the plague of Islamist extremism further all over the world), and the rise of the modern incarnation of ISIS.

You may now run to the playground to stick head deep in the sandbox of denial as you always do when the truth about your beloved Saud is unveiled.

 

The Trump flock supports him no matter what his disgraceful behavior is. That concept is also not particularly complicated.

Engaging with Putin is hardly an astute political move when Trump engages by basically betraying his nation. Simple minded appeasement is an accurate description of Trump's "engagement." He essentially gave Putin carte blanche to continue his
interference with our democracy.

 

All we have heard for the past 24 hours is hyperbole! I wonder if the left could ever present a fact, a shred of evidence that Trump is controlled by Putin.
