    Sure there is.. Palestine has been recognized as a province of Syria since 500 BC... and the Palestinian Christians and Muslims have been there for 2,000 years. They didn't immigrate from Europe. Just like Jordan and Lebanon.. The people who live there didn't immigrate from Europe or Russia.
