Vladimir Putin just humiliated Donald Trump. And Trump humiliated America

I can not stand Trump in general and am normally found railing against him. Not only was his performance not disgraceful it was one of his most astute political moves IMO - a dangerous move on the political chessboard but a move that could turn out to be a GM move.

What is disgraceful is the reaction of the Establishment and you have been drinking way too much establishment Kool-aid.

How is Putin worse than China (a far bigger threat to our economic hegemony) and Saudi Arabia #1 state sponsor of terrorism (Al Qaeda in particular) and the cradle of Islamist extremist ideology that drives - Taliban, Al Qaeda/Al Nusra, ISIS, Boko Haram, Al Shabaab and a host of other groups of the same ilk all over the world.

It is those that hyperbolize Russiagate while ignoring the real forces that are corrupting our democratic process (such as Brennan) that are the traitors to the nation.

 

Because they are going after him. Obviously.

 

I think he took a position out of braggadocio and now he's stuck with it. I don't think Trump is very bright.. He doesn't read.. He doesn't listen. He can barely communicate.. and I don't think he understands much of what goes on around him or how things work.

 

OK. I get that you don't really think that Trump is against US intelligence agencies.

 

When Fox is calling him an idiotic traitor, not likely.

 

None of that stops him from insulting anyone else or bloviating arrogantly about anything else.
I think that he is compromised by the Russians and can't confront them without being exposed. Putin probably read him the riot act at their meeting and trump meekly bent over.
His behavior with putin is evidence that he has become a danger to the US and is unable to defend the best interests of the country he is supposed to be leading.

Can anyone tell the difference between these news outlets attempting to report the news and just plain bed wetting that their preferred candidate did not win the election?

Trump: "No. I know the FBI, NSC, NSA, CIA and DHS all say he did it but Putin said he didn't do it and he wouldn't lie to me."

Reporter to Putin: "Did you rig the election to get Trump elected?"

Putin: "Yes I did."

Reporter to Trump: "What about now?"

Trump: "See?! Putin is a good guy!"

They hate truth even more but President Trump delivers time and again. He is probably sitting back and allowing this nonsense to play out knowing that these folks are only justifying the declassifying of documents.

Think of it. If he did that sooner he would be accused of obstruction of justice or some nonsense. By sitting back and allowing this idiocy, pretty soon declassifying docs will be justified.

 

Trump doesn't think he's done anything wrong. Hell, he's always cheated and been a crook.

 

Oh yes.. Trump is against them, but Trump is quite stupid.

Its very possible that Putin owns Trump because of Trump's use of Russian money, but I think Trump has dementia.

 

How anyone cannot see the left has become completely authoritarian is beyond me. For years now, a war with Russia with public support has been orchestrated. Who would have ever thought it would be the right wing that is suspicious of the gears of war while the left bangs the drums?

That's not a message. What are they offering? It shouldn't be hard to tell me. I've seen them building a platform for abolishing ICE and opening borders but that will only resonate with the hard left.
