    My friend,

I’m as happy as a clown... same as always. There are very few things that can throw me off balance, none of them having to do with politics.

Yesterday I lost an auction to a precious book I wanted to buy on eBay...1880 edition of MRS. BEETON’S EVERY-DAY COOKERY AND HOUSEKEEPING BOOK. A Practical and Useful Guide for All Mistresses and Servants.

That has ruined my whole day!

It's really funny that the demonstrators started arguing among themselves with one Trump supporter calling a Robinson supporter an idiot. So little support for Trump that they had to call on other random group supporters :roflol:

As for this thread, it quickly became a troll fest due to one of the lowest attended but heavily publicized marches that I've ever seen!

Meanwhile the hypocrite Trump managed to fit in two rounds of golf at his golf course at a huge security cost dumped on to the UK taxpayers - so much for him being so busy

Trump is one more time getting a RAW deal. But Democrats are happy. The Media is still ganged up on Trump and they are supremely pleased.

A raw deal? He stepped into this one completely on his own.

Poor donnie, imagine the media ganging up on an incompetent president. Why its unheard of.

Trump has not done wrong. Your claims do not constitute proof. You knew of the sweet deal Obama promised the Russians? But go for it and deny it.

And some people propose to serial killers in jail. I pretty much put Trump supporters in that same category. Some people are just really really REALLY stupid.

No, some of us are not fooled by our Democratic party control major media. We see things as they are, not as the media puppet masters instruct us to see.

Oh so what did that mean? What sweet deal did Obama give Putin? Did he ignore Putin's crimes and misadventures? Did he look the other way in Syria? Did he say yeah sure take Crimea and Ukraine?

Apparently your boy seems to think "what's behind us now is not important" and all is forgiven so he can get Putin's help in delivering humanitarian aid to the poor Syrians. I think you must be ignoring reality.

Since you mention Crimea, he handed over Crimea. Actually the citizens there voted to be part of Russia. I guess Russia was supposed to turn down those Russians to teach them a lesson not to vote.

Trump believes the public of Syria does deserve housing or at least shelter.

Forget the media, focus on facts. Factually nothing is proven at this point about Russia. Putin must have been dressed down by Trump inprivate for him to come out so strong he and his country had not done any of that election meddling.

I actually thought the "Pro-Trump march" was a joke since so few people turned out.

But as it stands, the majority of the people look like they wanted to ACTUALLY be there to protest the Tommy Robinson thing and they were told they couldn't form a group for it.

The amount of people that showed up a few days prior for the "Free Tommy Robinson" march was pretty massive and they said they were going to come back for Trump.

Looks like the group is actually huge and was only smaller in representation because the government wouldn't allow them to march.

Interesting that the "rebels" have completely switched in the last decade or so and it will be fascinating to watch how these two ideals clash

Honest question, not meant as an attack, I am just curious what the "culture" has changed to as of late.

Do you see a different "trend" as to the response you get when you call people racist now?

Generally people in the last 6 or 7 years are immediately shut down when called a racist, whether it is true or not.

From my circle, it almost looks like the people who call other people racist are the ones being shunned and outcast now.

Are you feeling this? Or is it kinda a "one bubble vs the other" thing?

People don't call me racist. They call me a bigot, but then so do I.

Could just be attributable to our bubbles, but being called a racist has pretty well shut down most people in most circumstances. But the racists have always had a tactic of accusing anti-racists with being racist, when in truth they are merely just fellow bigots, and that angers lots of anti-racists.

This is manifest across the spectrum of ideological "oppositions". Anti Fascists are called racist fascists by the fascist. Projecting onto the "opposition" is just one of the standard tactics used. I should say that many are unaware they are employing actual rhetorical tactics when proffering bumperstickers and talking points.

The word bigot has become a joke.

People now use that term if you disagree with their stance, no matter what the stance may be. The idea that one ideology is "good" and the other "bad" has made the word bigotry to be literally a laughable term.

I am "bigoted" against racism, whether it is against black people, white people or any other people.

I am also "bigoted" against Socialism, it is a terrible idea and those who preach it have no clue what it actually means.
