If someone were to engage me in an honest debate I would probably be harsher on the right then they ever would be.

I have brought that up as well. But further, those gnashing teeth at Trump forget that all we have at this point is an indictment. It leave the place wide open to make all kinds of claims. Suppose over in Russia they have indictments against Obama over this or that. Does that prove Obama is guilty? What if this was done to Hillary Clinton also in Russia?

We have people so devoted to destroying Trump their minds are gone mad.

 

I believe Democrats wanted to invade Iraq. Things done by Clinton prove that in fact.

Its funny, when you YouTube battles in the Iraq war they have to present these little skirmishes that lasted like 10 minutes and build them up into something great.

They weren't.

That was like a bad hour in WWII.

We absolutely dominated over there and tore through them.

A great Iraqi battle consisted of a tank that ran away that we had to chase basically.

 

It was British intelligence that fed G.W. Bush with fake intelligence on Saddam Hussein and the WMD's that weren't just like when British intelligence fed the Obama White House with fake intelligence on Libya and Muammar Gaddafi.

If you read General Franks book, he had more trouble than that. Do not believe our men had all that easy time. But we have superior systems and our airplanes. When we could not only using infrared see their tanks a mile or two off and accurately knock them out, that is why their tanks were no factor. But they also had artillery and some rockets.

 

Understood, and no disrespect to our men and women there who were fighting not only for us but for their lives.

It was a very dangerous situation and I don't mean to make light of it.

My comparison was only to other wars that were much more extreme.

Over the past 20 some odd years I have learned much more about war fighting. For instance there was this Col in my unit in Germany who was better by far than General Patton. And he got 4 stars and was the first commanding General at TRADOC. This is the Army team that creates war fighting. General DePuy created the Doctrine the media in error says is the Colin Powell doctrine. General Franks applied the DePuy Doctrine to it's maximum. But Franks also had in the field computers with the troops. Franks could actually watch all the units and what they were doing. It made it easier for him to coordinate the various battles. And our Tanks can see targets long long away and hit them even when it is totally dark. Iraq had none of those advantages.

Our past wars were actually fought worse than they are today. They vastly improved how to fight wars.

 

Exactly, the left's silence was universal when Obama was caught on an open mike telling the Russian president to tell Vlad that I will have more flexibility after the election. Flexibility to do what? Ask any democrat what Obama meant and they have no answer at all or they change the subject. There is no answer other than he planned to bend over and spread cheeks like he did with EVERY negotiation he ever entered in to with anyone. Where were all the cries of "Treason" when that happened. What was treasonous was giving Iran a sworn enemy of America billions of dollars, and turning over some of the most heinous terrorists in the world to them.

It doesn't matter what Trump does, as people have said if he announced tomorrow that he cured cancer the left would cry that Oncologists are out of jobs now and "people gunna die".

We had others in gov't calling out reagan for his getting together with Gorby. Not like we have not seen this before. Of course what is new is the hysteria involved, not seen since Joe McCarthy.

The degee of hysteria is uncalled for and driven by partisan politics, and losing an election, and losing the nation at the state and federal level over the last 10 years. The dems lost it.

It is also driven by neocons in both parties who want a stepped up cold war with russia. Which is not justified.

It was no coincidence that the indictments against alleged russian intel agents happened right before trump was to meet with russia. So what was the motive behind that? Just another coincidence in a long line of coincidences? IMO, it was planned.

Some forces do not want to ramp down tensions with russia. And yet every american president has had that goal, but if trump does it, it has to be treason. ha ha.

Let us say that russia did meddle in an election. But doing exactly what we do with other elections. There is no evidence they affected it. And so that this gets blown out of proportion to what it actually is, is where the dishonesty comes in. And it is obviously driven by a motive, or motives. That americans are confused on this is the worrisome part of the equation. For what will they be fooled by the next time? If the people promoting this ruse are successful, and americans no longer need evidence, then look out!! You will be able to lead them off a cliff without them noticing. And this is not a good thing folks. It is dangerous.

 

Well this politically driven ruse has to contain much hypocrisy or you could not get people to dumb down to the degree needed, in order to pull it off. Partisanship and hypocrisy these days are denote the same thing. Partisans cannot even think or speak without indulging in it. But at the end of the day hypocrisy is a lie, is deceit, and it goes back to individual character, or the lack of it. What can you expect from a people with low character, or none at all? Well, just turn on the MSM and you will see it in spades.
