And your first sentence is completely wrong, so the rest of your post is completely wrong.

America benefits from NATO in all sorts of ways. It is essentially an extension of American influence, and NATO troops have assisted the U.S. in all sorts of non-NATO endeavors, such as Afghanistan and Iraq.

Trump complains about the European Union, seeing is as an economic rival. Were we to pull out of NATO, we would be dealing with a Europe that was also a military rival. That doesn't serve U.S. interests at all.

So good effort, Russian troll. But fail.

Again Russia prove itself to be our only ally by offering to send their intelligence team to work on the investigation. Imagine the CIA, enhanced by Russian intelligence Maybe they'd get something right for a chsnge. Like finding the Clinton servers or accurately assessed that Assad wasn't seeking Weapons of Mass destruction and Clinton didn't have to get us involved in the Middle East.

Only because they ignored the ceasefire on August 15th so they could continue their landgrab.

Quoting you again because you seem to be wanting to avoid this:

Are you claiming the British did not fight on our side in the Pacific? You are standing by that claim?

The EU has been a good ally. Trump is burning bridges with the EU and embracing one of our most bitter rivals.
I don't see any point in even trying to make sense of it.

Why is Russia your most bitter rival? Stop believing your Commie leftist Democrats' propaganda. Russia and the US needs to be friends. It's the two largest nuclear powers, two largest economies, and two of the largest forces for good. Russia is not a foe.

The first element of this analysis must be to recognize how much larger the U.S. economy is than the Russian economy. Russia is the largest country in the world in terms of area – almost 11 percent of the world’s landmass is sovereign Russian territory – but Russia’s economy pales in comparison to the U.S.’ According to 2016 first-quarter figures from the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. GDP is around $18.1 trillion.

Russia’s economy is roughly a tenth the size of the U.S.’ (the World Bank stated that Russia’s GDP in 2015 was $1.3 trillion.) According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, U.S. military expenditures in 2015 were 3.3 percent of GDP, and Russia’s were 5 percent of its GDP.

That still puts Russia among the top five military spenders in the world, but in absolute terms it means Russia’s military expenditures add up to roughly 10 percent of U.S. military spending.

Britain was on our side in the mephorlogical sense, just like an old lady is on the same side as the firefighter who rescued her. They're both trying to survive, but itsm's clear who the rescuer is. She may show appreciation by making him a kidney pie, but without him she would cease to exist and without her he's only missing a kidney pie.

So Britain was only fighting in the Pacific "mephorlogically" (whatever the **** that means), and did not participate in actual fighting in the Pacific? That is what you are claiming?

If that's true, why would they be helping us in Afghanistan? More Russian troops have died in Afghanistan than troops from any NATO countries.

A little history lesson for you. Russia was in Afghanistan before any NATO nations. They were there trying to stop the formation of the Taliban before they were the Taliban.

No, they were there trying to prop up a communist puppet state. The mujahadeen didn’t even exist as a coherent force until AFTER they invaded. Had Russia not invaded, its likely the Taliban and Al Qaeda would never have come into existence.

Are you still going to cling to your claim that the British did not fight as our allies in the Pacific?

You ignorance of history seems to have no bounds.

I never said that the British didn't fight. Of course they fought, mephorlogically, but Americans and Russians did the bulk of the work.

    “Mephorlogically” is not a word.

The Russians didn’t fight in the Pacific until a week before the war ended.

The British fought in the Pacific for 4 years.

So you are either wildly ignorant about the history of WW2, or you are deliberately lying. Which one is it?

Return to the pre-WWI norm of not giving a **** about stuff outside North and Central America.

    Problem solved.
