Yup, guess that gives any 'thinking' person all the guidance they need -- Putin's a murderer, and nobody else in the political big-time is... right? .

 

Nothing will come of any of this. Putin must be 100% sure that we’d gain nothing in our investigation, or he’d never float the idea. On the flip side, Browder is British, so even if Putin can claim questioning McFaul has uncovered new info pointing at Browder’s guilt, I doubt U.K. will hand him over.

By the way, do you think Russia will only ask about Browder’s supposed campaign contributions, or will they also grill McFaul about Browder’s days as a serial killer and his theft of $4.8 billion from the IMF?

Who said anything about sending anyone to Russia? We're talking about a questioning in the states and I'm sure our people would be present. In exchange we possibily could question some of his people about their activities.

 

Under what authority would we demand anyone meet with Russian investigators? Trump has zero power to even do this.

 

No but this person has been acused of committing crimes in their country. Russia is supposed to allow us to interrogate their people but we're to tell them to shove it when they ask the same of us. Ya can't have it both ways.
