Illegal aliens have been voting since 1492. It could be argued that common law precedent since 1492 validates their vote.

 

They're giving them driver's licenses which they claim is for other reasons but the truth is it will add them in the databases which will allow them to vote. This is how the left works. They sneak things in the back door always consistently bad for America but great for their own agendas.

 

Here is the problem. The state has a universal ballot. The cities and counties are allowed to park their issues on the ballot. So when a SF voter votes, he does not have a unique ballot. Illegals voting for their school districts are not obliged to state they are illegals. Do you see the problem? SF loves the illegals and the homeless sorry to tell you.

CA Ballot has no safe guards to prevent illegals from voting.

Go through the process YOURSELF. All you need is a drivers license which in Ma you dont need to be a citizen to get. To vote you provide your drivers license and check a checkbox that says Im a legal citizen. Thats it, there is no check other than your own honesty.
Do illegals get licenses in cali. As I remember it the Massachusetts model worked so well to get illegals to vote that Cali copied it.

Ironically, the Electoral College was put into the Constitution precisely so a couple of outsized populous states (like California and New York, perhaps) wouldn't dominate elections robbing other smaller parts of the nation (or "silencing" them) of their right to be heard and represented.
