Not all blacks in America have white blood running through their veins.

It's just the natural evolving of skin pigment of generation after generation living in the northern part of the northern hemisphere.

The closer ancient civilizations or tribes that lived near the equator, the darker their skin pigment was.

The original indigenous people of Japan were caucasians, the Ainu. These Japanese people can still be found in northern Japan. They have lighter skin than the average Japanese and are usually around six feet tall. You see a six foot Jap and he likely has Ainu blood flowing through his veins.
