    In Florida’s this just means the Sheriff won’t make the arrest. It’s now up to the State’s Attorney who could still press the charge.

    The girlfriend could have shot the old white guy for harassing her while inside her car, if she has a reasonable fear for her life.

    The fact that he was armed, would have made her case for "fear for her life" credible.

    If the man has friend nearby, who was armed, the friend could have then shot the girlfriend because he would be now in fear for his life.

    The boyfriend of the girl, could have then come out with a full auto UZI submg, if he has a class 3 license to own such weapon, and mowed down all of them, and would have been able claim self defense and fear for his life too.

    Welcome to the State of Florida, courtesy of the former NeoCon governor, Jeb Bush, under which "stand your ground" law got passed and he signed.

    So you can basically kill anybody here, just set it up right, and you cam shoot the **** out of the pizza delivery guy if ya like.

    Now if you don't like FL, try to stay in some liberal run place safe like Chicago, Baltimore, or Detroit.

    Why? Because the media is no longer capable of or interested in investigating stories. And with respect to "reports" my impression was there was a claim of one report from the store owner. My question - is the store owner the same guy following McGlockton outside to confront the man talking to McGlockton's girlfriend. The media has done nothing to investigate or follow-up on this story. For example, what was McGlockton's occupation? Did Drejka suffer from health issues? Was he handicapped? Well the list goes on by the initial Yahoo article served the desired purpose of race baiting. There is not a day that goes by without a race baiting story from Yahoo.

    He shouldn't have pushed the guy down, especially as hard as he did. But the shooter didn't have to shoot him either. Soon as he pulled his gun, the other guy backed up. But the shooter shot him anyway. That's not stand your ground. It's murder, because it wasn't necessary. The video proves it.
