Not when you're sober. Or unstoned. Then it's time to get out in the streets to have another riot.

A counter argument might be that he'll never be concerned about having a phallus erectus while appearing on national TV.

Ah yes, the ol' "sneaky ph*cker" approach. It's an actual thing. Wolves in sheep's clothing. They appear to be effiminate metrosexuals who support feminism and the rest of progressive orthodoxy, yet they're just trying to smash the vag. If that's the case, his game is epic, yet I doubt it. I think he's probably just confused at a very deep level, and has ideologically driven enablers cheering him on.

I agree he should wear a skirt like all the other cheerleaders.

I just. I really don't have any reason to comment on this. Except to say, well, for one, football blows. But what. the. ****.

    This is just. It's bewildering.

I'm honestly confused why he is on the field.

I suspect that the NFL is overestimating their Female audience.

I'm really confused. The entire notion of the cheerleading squad was to cheer on and encourage their team. How many NFL players are going to be encouraged by this dude on the field? Moreover, why the **** would this dude want the job?

I'm just so confused. I don't understand the motivation of -anyone- involved in this.

They honestly must have. I just don't get it. I mean, they don't show the NFL cheerleaders a whole lot anyway, but this is just bizarre.

To be completely honest, I'd be embarrassed to do that job and would immediately turn down any offer for it.

It's New Orleans. Laissez les bons temps rouler

But don't drink Hurricanes and stay in your herd at all times. And don't go to Louis Armstrong park ... even in daylight.

read Lombardi's bio ~ he failed the military draft during WW II and became a right wing apologist for Nixon's war efforts in Nam

contrary to popular belief, dance line cheer leading was introduced in the NFL, not to attract a larger male audience, but to attract a female audience

as a sport, dance line is popular among women, not among men, especially of my generation ~ in truth, I am the only old guy I know of who appreciates the sport

having a male dancer among the cheer leaders will likely not attract too many more female fans - it would probably attract a few more gay males, some females, and draw a lot more controversy

still, you got to credit the Republican Benson clan for their open mindedness

Like I said earlier, if the Saints had brought in 8 or 10 guys to toss girls in the air or spot for them when doing gymnastic stunts then I believe this would have been perceived differently. Bringing on just one guy doesn't look right, especially when the cheerleaders are usually split up into 4 groups with each group covering a corner of the field.

that is a different sport called "cheer leading"

what you see on the NFL field is a sport called "danceline"

the latter does not use acrobatic stunts which entail physical strength - instead, it uses dance which primarily entails feminine moves and flexibility

Nobody with bone spurs can serve in the U.S. military, that's the way it is be it Vince Lombardi or Donald Trump.

The three greatest people I have ever known in my life time was my father, Vince Lombardi and Ronald Reagan.

I actually met Vince Lombardi in his office at Limbaugh Field in July of 1968.

I guess my father decided that since I would be enlisting in the Marine Corps right after summer I should visit my grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins in Chicago and Green Bay so they could see me maybe for one last time before I was sent to some exotic, distant lands, meet exciting unusual people and kill them.

So while in Green Bay I and my cousin climbed over the fence at Limbaugh Field and went up to Vince Lombardi's office and asked his secretary if we could meet Vince Lombardi. Vince invited us into his office and we shot the bull for about a half an hour mostly Vince asking the questions, mostly about high school football and since I was a surfer from California he had more than a few questions about the sport and lifestyle of surfing.

I did mention that I would be enlisting in the Corps getting my military obligation out of the way before going to college. Vince never mentioned the Vietnam War.

Nixon never needed anyone to apology for his biggest mistake he made as President, Nixon came clean...the Vietnam War was the biggest mistake Nixon made. Nixon ****ed up big time by inheriting LBJ's really stupid war policies.

The Vietnam War could have been won and brought to an end three times...

First in 1965 if LBJ hadn't micromanged the air war (Roaring Thunder) over North Vietnam and Laos.

The second time after the Tet Offensive of 68 if Walter Cronkite and the lying news media hadn't lied to the American people.

    And in 1969...
