    Hardly. I'm blaming the democrat Puerto Rican mayors, ETAL, who STOLE and HORDED the AID WE SENT to the VICTIMS.

    And those SAME DEMOCRATS are the main reason Puerto Rico was a TOTLA WRECK BEFORE the HURRICANE.
