I have to ask, was John McCain on life support? I ask because of how quickly he passed after we learned his treatments would be stopped.

It didn't seem he was. He announced stopping treatment then died 2(?) days later.

 

Which leads me to believe the treatment he was receiving was keeping him alive. Cancer patients who stop chemotherapy and radiation treatment don't die that quickly.
