    Women don't have to justify getting an abortion.

    So you don't want viability to be an issue???

    Then women should be free to abort up until the last day??

    Because right now viability protects fetuses....but you don't like that???

    How on earth did you reach that bizarre conclusion?

    The alternative to abortion is DON'T HAVE SEX. Or if you must (and no one 'must'), do so in a completely bullet proof way.

    A 14 year old doesn't know shes pregnant? Really? Man you're reaching. She should be punished with whatever the local law is. Even now with abortion and the safe haven laws it's illegal to leave your kid behind a dumpster.

    You may have thought that was a good gotcha question but it failed miserably.

    Why?

    It is legal and for good reason, women have a right to their own body as like you do. Do you want everyone to lose that right?


    Making abortion illegal DOES NOT STOP ABORTION......and I have the entire history of the world to prove it.

    That's only in your dream world....NORMAL HUMANS are not going to stop having sex...and you can repeat a million times they "should"...but the history of the world proves they won't.

    It's hardly a solution to abortion to repeat "stop having sex" when it's obvious that really doesn't work.

    SEVEB BILLION people on this planet - that is how good we are at "not having sex"

    As for contraception - mate I cannot even find half a dozen of the anti-abortionists on this forum (Actually I am hard put finding ONE!) who know and truly understand the risks of contraceptions and why they fail

    Thats not a proven issue. You assume that a person who is aborted would have been a criminal if they had not been aborted. You cannot predict the future.

    The real issue is that people who are deeply opposed to abortion are forced to support it through the federal govt. How would you feel if the federal govt funded the NRA? The NRA supports gun rights, and those are explicitly protected by the 2nd Amendment, unlike abortion which is at best a derived "right". Or if not the NRA, then Christian churches.

    Some parents are not fit to be parents - some will keep a child that will end abused and some will take the harder road and choose not to have the child
