I'm fine with the TWL used for airlines. I'm totally against it for being used for banning someone from buying a gun. There is a difference. There is no constitutional right to fly an airplane, there is one for owning a gun. That, and honestly, it's kind of a moot point. Most on the TWL are foreigners and can't buy guns anyway. Rights can't be taken away until AFTER due process, which the TWL is not.

Trump hate is common among GCAs-they push gun control to punish voters who supported Trump because Hillary is a well documented gun banner

I'm not justifying what happened, but if I were in that scenario, I would not have turned my back on that guy. I probably also would not have had my gun in my hand, either, but we don't know what led up to that. Well, I don't anyway, somebody does.

Presumption of innocence is a legal right of the accused in a criminal trial. Is someone currently involved in a criminal trial that isn’t being afforded that right?

Some people aren't too sure about that one. Just saying/not judging.

It's believable and it's scientifically been repeated.

It was a 200 yard shot. (some say 400 yds but the most reliable sources and science say 200 yards) So yes the bullet could enter the front lens of a scope and exit the rear end of the scope.

If it was a 400 yard shot impossible because bullets don't fly a flat trajectory.

One test I saw was a SWAT sniper who tried to hit the front lense of a rifle scope from 400 yards away. He hit the scope but the bullet hit the top of the scope tube from above.

Unlike Army and Navy SEAL snipers, for a Marine sniper to be credited with a confirmed kill there has to be two witnesses and one of the wittnese must be a commission Marine officer.

Since Hathcock preferred to work alone, most of Hathcock kills are unconfirmed kills.

Your wrong. The right to use public transportation has been adjuducated to be supported by the fourth amendment. Traveling on public transportation and over public highways and airways is a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT as interpreted by the fourth amendment. The govt. is refrained from undo search and seizure yet somehow at airports, this too is regulated by the feds at. No different then the regulation of “ arms”.

Wrong. Trump is hated for soliciting and accepting elective help during an election from Russians. He’s a traitor. He committed treason. The NRA money laundered donations to republicans from foreign govs for years. They are a conspiratorial organization.

Plus, the guy is hated for being a pervert, misogynist, racist , a devout liar and really ignorant.

one of Carlos's proteges was a guy who accomplished the amazing feat of being TRIPLE distinguished. SSGT Jack Caseman won the McMillan Trophy, the NS Rifle championship and then won medals at world cup level events in international skeet. He noted the same thing-CH killed at least 500 enemy

trying to remove the rights of lawful Americans to Keep and bear arms is real treason. Your charges against the NRA are just conspiracy theory nonsense. and the clinton foundation has received all sorts of "donations" from everything from Communist China to fugitives like Marc Rich

The Clinton Foundation lists ALL of their foreign donors and their donation amounts.

The NRA? all the info is hidden.

all their funds could come from Russia, Iran, and Syria and we would have no idea.

First, Clinton was investigated for that claim, Benghazi and emails by republicans for six years and there were no indictments. Care to count how many total crimes Trump’s buddies have racked up so far ? All focused on the same goal....
Trump is a fraud as were all his buddies. You must be a grad from a Trump university ? 27 indictments and five convictions.....that’s what “plead guilty” means you know.

yeah it makes lots of sense for them to want American citizens well armed and skilled in shooting and supporting candidates who support our military

None of which can or actually has been proven, thus meaning there is no evidence of wrongdoing, and amounts to nothing more than accusations.

There is no such thing as a constitutional right to use public transportation.
