I fell on a construction site and almost died when a pile of wood collapsed that all us kids were jumping on. I remember loads of detail up until I passed out in the ambulance from loss of blood. I can remember many things people said, who was there, exactly where it was, but not a specific date. I know it was during the summer. I think 10 or 11. The thing is, that incident didn't effect my life in the slightest besides a well faded scar on my chest. Maybe I should go back and sue the construction company for not putting Keep Out signs on the property=)

No he generally summed up her testimony. What he said was correct.

 

She should have said something right when it happened that is something that I found to be negative about her. Her waiting all of this time does not make her claim false all by itself.
If she said something 10, 15, 20, 25 years ago when K was going for low or intermediary judgeships do you think that she would gotten even a passing WGAS from the FBI? I think not.

I never said that he raped her nor did she. She talked about the covering of the mouth and trying to take her outer clothes of.

There was one classmate who said something interesting. She said that K tried to impress the boys more than the girls.
My wife and I talked about that and she had this theory that K may have made believe that he was going to attack Ford just to act like a big shot in front of his friend Judge. Sort of makes sense in that K liked to impress his friends. This impressing or buying his friends seems to have extended into college and adulthood. Remember how he yapped about renting a bus at Yale to go to Fenway Park? He droned on about that as if he was some Saint of baseball trips. He wanted the committee to know that. Why? What does that have to do with whether or not he attempted sexual assault or not. Then as an adult he is the one who fronts the money for Nationals baseball games. He gets reimbursed but he plays the hero.

He wanted way too desperately to look like a Saint. Why?
