On a more serious note, I think it’s obvious the world is full of crazies. They can ascribe to any religion or political platform or none at all. It logically follows no institution can guarantee to be free of followers willing to commit acts of violence.

Furthermore, no “religion” or political ideology can “cure” the darker side of human nature.

Playing tit for tat or debating running tallies of violent offenders on each side benefits no one.

As contributors to a political forum I believe our energy would be better spent on debating the foundational differences between parties and sub groups within parties. Rightness or wrongness of political bents can only be determined by their platforms, historical underpinnings, and behaviors sanctioned by their leadership.

The party affiliation of the latest thug or deranged individual isn’t particularly valuable in serious discussion of politics. I suppose it is entertaining, however.

 

As much as I don't like libertarians or modern conservatives I certainly enjoy watching videos of ANTIFA being beaten up. Keep up the good work!
