That’s ridiculous. $150B per year will be paid for by the 4% growth. Do the arithmetic.

Too funny. The meme that supply side economics favors the higher income quintiles is absurd. It is the lower income quintiles which benefit the most.

Very good. You got to stick your talk point into a discussion where it didn't belong. Nice work.

What makes you think there will be 4% GDP growth for the next 10 years?
When was the last time that happened.

As always, statistics can be misleading.

It is worthwhile to note that the bottom 47% of income earners pay only 3% of the total income taxes collected by Uncle Sam. Those 47% were already paying little or no taxes, so of course they're not going to notice any difference.

That same Gallup poll also showed that the number of people disapproving of the tax cuts is getting smaller since they were enacted, and the number of people approving of the tax cuts has been getting larger.

Since we have a progressive tax system where the more a person makes, the higher the rate of taxation, then the more you make, the more you're going to notice the change in your pay as a result of lower rates.

We have record low black unemployment, record low unemployment, best economy in decades, safer North Korea, renegotiated Nafta with Canada and Mexico etc and you say Trump is an idiot? Obama could not pull none of that off in the 8 years he was president. Trump is winning and so is America.

Plus Trump’s approval rating from blacks and Hispanics is rising. The D’s are screwed when those groups finally figure out (as Kanye has) that the D party has done nothing for them.

I can't believe they actually support half the people running on the Democratic ticket and they claim they are for us American's. I don't eat any of the lies and crap the Democrats love to spoon feed the left wingers. They all need to wake up and leave the party. #WalkAway.

1983 through 1999. Avg real gdp growth = 3.6%. Take out the 2 years of recession ~ 1990 and the average real growth is 3.9%.

It would seem that you haven’t done your homework.

I wonder if Gallup asked those polled if they would like a sizeable tax increase under democrats.

Ike started it. Ike, JFK, LBJ, and RMN were all damned fools worse than the French.

I wonder who get's picked for these polls. They always seem to over sample Democrats so the polls become misleading. As for the tax increase, I will not support it unless Democrats actually have a plan for it such as lowering the deficit or putting it to good use but it will probably just end up in their pockets. Democrats are almost all extremely wealthy and most of them started out poor.

LBJ is responsible for that fiasco in which tens of thousands of US soldiers died. If you want to be thoroughly disgusted with the political reasons for those deaths read "Dereliction of Duty: Johnson, McNamara, the Joint Chiefs of Staff" by H. R. McMaster.

Seems like math is not your strong point.
