The native american tribal associations have already looked into her claims and said no she is NOT considered native american to any degree.

The wave of trumpettes jumping up to Trump's defense is not terribly shocking. Elizabeth Warren never claimed to be native american, only that she had native american heritage. She never used that claim to obtain any benefit and yet trumpettes are now pretending that she did both.

While Warren was at U. Penn. Law School she put herself on the “Minority Law Teacher” list as Native American in the faculty directory of the Association of American Law Schools and Harvard Law School promoted Warren as a Native American faculty member.

There's no evidence Warren sought to benefit herself because of Native American ancestry.

I never saw why she pushed the issue, though. And if you traced the genes (or whatever) of people from the South back a couple of hundred years .... they'd be aghast. LOL
