Judge throws out Stormy Daniels’s lawsuit against Trump

    A federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit from adult film actress Stormy Daniels in which she claimed that President Trump defamed her when he suggested her allegation that she was threatened to stay quiet about their relationship was a lie.

    Federal District Judge S. James Otero had suggested during a late September hearing that he was skeptical of Daniels’s claim on First Amendment grounds. The ruling ordered Daniels, whose given name is Stephanie Clifford, to pay Trump’s legal fees.

    As I understand it, her creepy porn lawyer made a killing off of Daniels.

    Stormy is still sliding on poles out there.

    And all of this was just another attempt to smear Trump.

    All of those democrats who ate up the spin should put together a go fund me for her.

    Avenetti fleeced Stormy, who probably wishes she'd kept the $130K, and kept her mouth shut. Avenetti comes out pledging, loudly enough for Stormy to hear ... that the potential million dollar losses will be recouped when Stormy's other frivious, bur lucrative from Avenetti's perspective, pays off big. Avenetti's appealing to Stormy's compulsive gambling habit. Avenetti bookie to the stars!
