Our leftists suddenly stopped caring about the dossier when it became obvious to them that the only way that their leftist-allied Mainstream Media could keep it from giving the DNC and Hillary and Obama and the upper level hierarchy of the FBI and other agencies a collective black eye was by to cease mentioning it at all or in any way whatsoever. The moment the MSM no longer Heard, Saw, or Spoke about the dossier it literally vanished from the left's collective consciousness. There . . . is . . . no . . . dossier.

 

If you think Simpson has done anything illegal, then investigate him with the FBI and DOJ... Trump DOES control those departments, right???....

These congressional testimonies couldn't be further from an investigation if they tried...

 

Of course the Left no longer cares, and that's because finally even they realize that each new revelation is leading right back to where Right of Center citizens TOLD THEM it would lead, right back to CORRUPTED TO THE CORE Clintons and DNC and Upper level FBI hierarchy and . . . Obama. They now know it even if they will go to their graves officially denying it. So . . . it . . . goes.

 

Notice that as of this time stamp the Left has been almost totally absent? That's because they KNOW that things are finally beginning to close in on the real collusion 'A' holes . . . all of whom exist on the Left.

 

Then there is nothing to fear. The DNC operative should cheerfully willing to answer questions under oath.

 

You can't necessarily hold anyone in contempt for exercising the Fifth though. That said, getting Simpson to invoke the Fifth is a huge win. Even Democrats should want to know why Simpson thinks he'd incriminate himself.(I continue to believe no real sources were ever involved in the Russian dossier.)

 

Essentially it makes the involved Left's operatives look very very bad. It's about freaking darn time.

Yeah, about that. While testifying to the Senate Intelligence Committee, Simpson/Levy danced around a basic question: Who were the sources for the dossier. Their excuse is that the 'letter' they sent to the committee to hash out terms of their cooperation(which in of itself is a farce. Since when do witnesses get to do that?) was that certain questions would be off topic and the sources identity was one of them.

The fact that the committee continued to ask, shows that they knew it was BULLSHIT as well. They needed to hold Levy in contempt of Congress then.

 

So far there have been DNC operatives behind every tree . . . hence the investigations.

Of course you do. So does he, since they think they have ample reason to think he lied to Congress. If I were Simpson I would do everything to avoid testifying under oath also. Simpson, and his attorneys, already know why. They think he lied to the Judiciary Committee. He knows they think he lied.
