they illegally used the dossier to obtain a warrant and the information they gathered from that warrant was used to justify the Mueller investigation but because they illegally obtained the warrant all evidence gather under that warrant is inadmissible there for the Mueller investigation was started under a illegal pretense

Seems unlikely that Simpson will testify, as he knows he lied previously, and will be challenged by the testimony of others to the committee contradicting his previous testimony to the committee. Of course, the fact he lied isn't nearly the importance of establishing that the DNC and HRC 16 campaign funded, directed and facilitated the distribution of their work to the FBI and that mr Simpson had knowledge of that, and actively worked in concert, potentially as an agent of a foreign government, to undermine a US Presidential campaign.

 

I'm usually pretty hesitant to use invocation of the 5th against someone. It does make them hypocrites.

 

If I was hiding something and had taken back handers I too would take the 5th.

 

Well either Simpson or Ohr are lying to congress, they can't both be telling the truth.

 

When McCabe go canned for lying to the FBI, I knew we were just seeing the tip of the iceberg in this massive conspiracy between the DNC/Clinton camapaign and corrupt Obama DOJ. It's going to get very messy.....some folks might consider using their passports and head some place they can't be found.

 

The noose is starting to tighten around Hillary Clinton and eventually, when people around her start getting charged with crimes, they will turn on her.

 

Simpson has not given germane information to the investigation, and it's a simple question I'd think we'd all like to know(it would strengthen the case against Trump and Putin): Who the hell were the sources. That's all he has to answer. And he's refused to give that information.

 

Can you think of a reason why a former journalist would refuse to name his sources to a MEGA leaky congressional committee after his lawyer indicated last year that sources have "already been killed as a result of the publication of the dossier"???

A Senate committee, mind you. And his excuse doesn't fly with me. See, if it were a hearing and I were a prosecutor, I'd continue pressing. He used that as an excuse that a kindergartner would believe.

Can everyone imagine if Hillary Clinton won? We would have no transparency or ever know of the tyrannical abuse of power at the DoJ / FBI. We would never know of the deeds which: Comey, McCabe, Ohr, Strzok, Page, Steele, etc... committed in the name of big government power and control.

 

Today was supposed to be in front of the House, not the Senate, but he's testified in front of 3 committees to date, 2 of them Senate...

There are still known connections.... you name Dead Person A, people can read the dossier and possibly figure out from that who person B and person C are....

Regardless, you don't do it... he's a former newspaper guy.... it's in his DNA....

And here's a thought.... Does anybody know for a fact that Simpson KNOWS who's Steele's sources were?? If I were Steele, I'm not sure i'd want to disclose that to Fusion, because Steele also comes from a profession where sources are protected (and in his case, financially important)....

 

I don't care what their interests are, they have de-facto opened up a criminal investigation and as well as a congressional investigation. We can also cite the fact that they gave dossier-related material to Mother Jones, even sooner than Comey reopened the investigation. The only reason it didn't have the same impact, is that no one believed in it(and given that we're two years in...)

And that investigation was "not" opened up by Crossfire Hurricane, we know that now from the pathetic sentencing of Papadoulous. It's time for them to come clean, sooner rather than later on the entire affair of 2016. And whoever's heads roll as a result, will roll.
