    Is thsi the next racial outrage? Will there be demonstrations? Is there such a thing as 'watching soccer while black'?

    99.999% of the time there is a lot of more happening prior to the 'gotcha' photo/film moment. In the article it appears that things may have gotten out of hand earlier in the game, and this father could potentially re-escalate the situation. Crying racism first is indicative of the left, but only weakens their position in the long run as many such claims have been disproven...

    Two things I'm sure of:

    1. This woman is a Democrat
    2. This is not the first time she's used her Cosmic Field Marshall powers to call the police on someone.

    The fact that he's black has nothing to do with anything.

    These types of people are always running around showing everyone their Meter Maid badge.

    Yea because this black father had to do something, she wouldn't just call the police for no reason. Would she?

    "Witnesses recorded an incident where a white woman called the police on a black father who was coaching his son from the sidelines"


    My son coaches youth football and baseball and they ask parents NOT TO COACH from the sidelines, not to talk to the kids other than when they do a good job cheer. I've seen parents from the sidelines telling their kid where to get in a formation or tell a kid on the basketball court what to do when he has idea what is the play. And it can get obnoxious anyway. I was waiting for a game to end for my grandkids and was standing next to a couple who were CONSTANTLY between everyplay trying to tell him what to do and at one point told him "GRAB HIS FACEMASK IF YOU HAVE TO". TOTALLY out of place. The lady here is a league/park commissioner, I don't know what she saw, what she heard, if the coaches or ref's had said anything. Did she overreact, yeah probably but as with most of these cases there is more than meets the eyes.

    Parents should not interfere or coach from the sidelines but thatbis notba crimevand the police need not to be involved.

    And? What does race have to do with it? I've seen Dad's black and white have coaches ask them to not interfere with the coaching and being obnoxious for the crowd to have to put up with. What if the coach had just run up to the kid and saying "Hey man blow it off it was a bad call keep doing like I told you don't get down on it" and then the Dad is on the sideline yelling "HEY THE REF WAS RIGHT".

    Go watch and listen to that first 10 seconds of the video where he has raised his voice and is yelling at her and is pointing his finger at her and getting belligerent, all he has to do is walk away. She had a right to feel threatened.

    Until I hear that race was somehow involved such as racial slurs being hurled at someone I just assume it's two people in a dispute. You assume race is involved if it's two different races and that's the difference between us.

    As a guy who has 5 sons, I have done plenty of coaching. Some parents especially for the younger kids get way to involved in these games. More than once I have had to step in and remind parents that they are supposed to be role models. I once had a kid tell his mom to "shut the F*** up". It was great, she sat down and behaved the rest of the game. However, a parent harassing players on the other team is way over the line. If this guy was harassing players on the other team, he needs to be held accountable. Usually a ref will step in and toss any parent who stoops to that.

    What does their race have to do with it? If the dumb nosy C-word was any other color, would that make what she did any better? Maybe some people are just stupid. (Like those who are making this a race issue!)

    And the NBC Headline contained the race where you highlighted two words but consider it rhetorical. Why should race have anything to do with the NBC headline, do you agree it shouldn't?
